Investments?
Why Pre-IPO
We choose investment possibilities for the Neurofusion platform by staying ahead of the curve. We monitor new high-return investments, such as pre-IPOs.
Pre-IPO Definition
Investments made in any privately owned company months or years before they go public are referred to as pre-IPO investments. We primarily focus on Silicon Valley-based, rapidly expanding tech businesses that have already laid the basis for an IPO within the next three to five years. These businesses often have valuations over $1B and are frequently bigger than many publicly traded businesses.
The entry criterion for such investments was in the millions of dollars until recently, and they were only open to significant funds. For all accredited investors, we at Neurofusion Holdings made pre-IPO investing possible. Depending on market conditions, the entry criterion can range from $1,000 to more.
You must satisfy one of the following requirements in order to be eligible: you must have earned more than $200,000 per year over the previous two years ($300,000 for joint income), you must have a net worth of at least $1 million (excluding your principal property), or you must possess at least one of FINRA’s Series 7, 65, or 82 licenses.
